ct444 Terms & Conditions — Know Your Rights and Obligations

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the ct444 website at https://ct444.app, creating a player account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of the ct444 platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the player) and ct444 (the platform operator). If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the ct444 platform and close your account.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all products and services offered on the ct444 platform, including but not limited to online casino games, live dealer games, sports betting (including cricket, football, kabaddi, and hockey), crash games, virtual sports, and any promotional or bonus offers issued by ct444.

ct444 reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the ct444 platform after any such update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the ct444 platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform.
• You are accessing the platform voluntarily and of your own free will.
• You are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law.
• You are not a current employee, officer, director, contractor, agent, or close family member of a ct444 employee in a role that would create a conflict of interest.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the ct444 platform or had your account permanently closed for a violation of these Terms & Conditions.

ct444 uses industry-standard Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures. Players may be required to submit a government-issued photo ID (such as a Bangladesh National ID card or passport), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed or before certain account features are unlocked.

3. Account Registration & Security

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one active ct444 account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are identified, ct444 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, confiscate any bonus winnings derived from those accounts, and permanently ban the player.

3.2 Accurate Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when registering your ct444 account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and contact number. ct444 is not responsible for any losses arising from inaccurate registration information provided by the player, including failed withdrawals caused by mismatched payment details.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ct444 account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. ct444 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account that arises from your failure to secure your credentials. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact ct444 support at [email protected] immediately.

3.4 Account Verification

ct444 may request KYC verification documents at any point during your use of the platform, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or in response to a security review. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawals or the temporary restriction of your account.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

4.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit at ct444 is ৳100. There is no universal maximum deposit limit; however, individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits which are outside of ct444's control. ct444 reserves the right to set maximum deposit limits on individual accounts as part of responsible gaming measures or fraud prevention procedures.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

The minimum withdrawal amount at ct444 is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are processed within the following timeframes, subject to KYC verification being complete:

• bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay: Typically within 30 minutes to 4 hours during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours.
• Visa / Mastercard: 1–5 business days depending on the issuing bank.

ct444 does not charge withdrawal fees on its end. However, your payment provider may charge their own processing fees, which are outside of ct444's control and are the responsibility of the player.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that is registered in the same name as the ct444 account. ct444 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before approving any withdrawal. Withdrawals linked to active bonus wagering requirements may be held until those requirements are fulfilled.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

ct444 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, free spins, and seasonal promotional offers. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific term shall prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion, all bonuses issued by ct444 carry a wagering requirement — meaning the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered a specified number of times before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. For example, a bonus with a 30x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means you must wager a total of ৳30,000 before the bonus balance converts to withdrawable cash.

Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Typically, slot games contribute 100%, while live casino games, table games, and certain other categories contribute at a lower rate or not at all. The precise contribution rates are listed in each promotion's specific terms.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

ct444 takes bonus integrity seriously. The following behaviours are classified as bonus abuse and will result in the cancellation of the bonus, the voiding of any associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure:

• Opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once
• Using automated software or bots to meet wagering requirements
• Placing bets in a manner designed to exploit bonus conditions (e.g., placing low-risk, high-coverage bets purely to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay intent)
• Coordinating with other players to abuse promotional offers
• Providing false information to qualify for a bonus

5.4 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses issued by ct444 carry an expiry date. Unused bonuses and bonus balances that have not met their wagering requirement within the stated validity period will be automatically removed from your account. ct444 is not obligated to reinstate expired bonuses under any circumstances.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Sports Betting

ct444 offers pre-match and in-play sports betting on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC events, bilateral series), football, kabaddi, hockey, and other sports. All sports betting markets are governed by the ct444 Sportsbook Rules, which form part of these Terms & Conditions. Bets accepted on the ct444 platform are final once confirmed. ct444 reserves the right to void bets placed on events that are subsequently cancelled, abandoned, or where the final result is determined by a governing body to be irregular.

6.2 Casino Games

All casino game outcomes at ct444 are determined by certified RNG technology provided by the relevant game studio (Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Spribe, and others). The RTP (Return to Player) percentage for each game is determined by the game provider and is available in the game information panel. ct444 does not alter or influence game outcomes in any way.

6.3 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or connectivity failure that results in a game or bet outcome being inconclusive, ct444 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the staked amount to the player's account. ct444's decision in matters of technical malfunction is final.

6.4 Bet Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and sports markets on the ct444 platform. These limits are displayed within each game or market. ct444 reserves the right to adjust bet limits on individual accounts at its discretion, particularly in cases of suspected fraud or where responsible gaming measures require it.

7. Prohibited Conduct & Fraud

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ct444 platform. Engaging in any of the following will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Fraud and money laundering: Using the ct444 platform to launder money, process illicit funds, or conduct any form of financial fraud is a criminal offence and will be reported to relevant Bangladeshi authorities.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly poker or live dealer games.
• Use of automated software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to place bets, play games, or interact with the ct444 platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Exploiting system errors: Deliberately taking advantage of a software bug, error, or misconfiguration to obtain credits, winnings, or advantages that would not be available under normal operating conditions.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a fraudulent chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or mobile money provider after funds have been credited to your ct444 account.
• Impersonation: Registering an account using another person's identity, documents, or payment details.
• Underage gambling: Attempting to access or use the ct444 platform while under 18 years of age, or facilitating access by a minor.

8. Account Closure & Suspension

8.1 Closure by ct444

ct444 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, at any time, including (but not limited to) where:

• The player has violated any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• The player has engaged in prohibited conduct as described in Section 7
• The player has failed to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• The player's account shows patterns consistent with fraud, money laundering, or bonus abuse
• ct444 is required to close the account by a regulatory or legal obligation

Where an account is closed for breach of these Terms & Conditions, ct444 reserves the right to withhold any balance remaining in the account pending investigation. If the investigation concludes that the player has engaged in fraud or prohibited conduct, those funds may be permanently forfeited.

8.2 Voluntary Closure by Player

Players may request the closure of their ct444 account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Before closing an account, any remaining balance will be withdrawn to the player's registered payment method, subject to all standard withdrawal conditions being met. Players who wish to close their account for responsible gaming reasons (i.e., self-exclusion) should refer to the Responsible Gaming page for dedicated self-exclusion procedures.

8.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login or wagering activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. ct444 may apply a monthly administrative fee to dormant accounts after this inactivity period. Players will be notified by email before any fee is applied. Players may reactivate a dormant account by logging in and completing any outstanding verification requirements.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ct444 shall not be liable to any player for:

• Any loss of winnings, profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from the use of or inability to use the ct444 platform
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to these Terms & Conditions or the player's use of the platform
• Losses arising from a player's reliance on incorrect information published on the platform, whether caused by typographical error, technical fault, or human error, where ct444 corrects such information within a reasonable timeframe
• Losses caused by third-party payment providers, including delays, failed transactions, or fees charged by bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, or any bank
• Losses resulting from a player's failure to secure their account credentials or from unauthorised access to their account
• Service interruptions caused by scheduled maintenance, unplanned downtime, or force majeure events including natural disasters, power failures, government actions, or internet infrastructure failures

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits ct444's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.

The ct444 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ct444 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or error-free operation.

10. Amendments & Governing Law

10.1 Amendments

ct444 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. All amendments take effect from the date they are published on this page. It is the player's responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions regularly. Continued use of the ct444 platform following any amendment constitutes the player's acceptance of the revised terms.

Where an amendment materially affects a player's rights or obligations, ct444 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via email using the address on file. However, failure to receive such notification does not exempt a player from the amended terms.

10.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of the Terms & Conditions. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect and shall not be affected by the severance.

10.3 Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with the ct444 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between the player and ct444 with respect to the use of the platform. They supersede all prior agreements, understandings, or representations, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter herein.
